Brian Stann, President and CEO of Hunt Military Communities, joins Kirtland Air Force Base installation leadership and HMC team members at a ribbon cutting ceremony marking major progress on the $25.5 million Pershing Park whole-home renovation project. June 23, 2026 — Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, N.M.
The project reflects HMC’s sustained commitment to reinvesting across its housing portfolio — an effort that has totaled more than half a billion dollars in capital improvement projects since 2024, including more than $190M in 2025. Construction at Pershing Park began in October 2024, with full completion expected in 2026, bringing comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades designed to modernize aging homes and meaningfully improve daily life for residents.

“Military families give so much in service to this country, and the quality of their homes should reflect that commitment. What’s happening at Pershing Park is part of a much larger, sustained effort to raise the standard across our entire portfolio — not just maintaining homes, but genuinely modernizing them. Our military families deserve that, and we’re proud to be delivering it through sustained investment.”
